About this site.
This site is dedicated to the ongoing challenges that everyday men and women face when their work involves climbing on and off of trucks and trailers, or just working on any type of equipment. It started out as a step but the more I looked at it the more possibilities I saw so I kept trying to adapt and improve on it. I am still working on different accessories and kits for more uses.

About Me.
I am a second generation truck driver of over 40 years. I started out at a young age working on my father's Mack trucks. I took 2 years of auto mechanics at an vocational school, and worked at a few car dealerships. I was a welder in a precast shop for a time then for about 4 years I was a truck diesel mechanic and did a range of work from brake jobs to rebuilding engines, transmission, and rear ends and everything in between, and still do most of the work on my own trucks and equipment. I have had multiple trucks and drivers over the years so I have always tried to find better solutions for doing the everyday work around trucks and trucking. So any better way of doing things to make the job easier and safer is a good thing, That is why I came up with.

The step is versatile for climbing on or off with a platform to keep you outside of the trailer bed giving you a platform to stand on. With handles for three points of contact as well as wide steps for better footing. It is portable and also can be used as a stand alone step, multiple attachments are for available for different uses.

Uses for the step include loading equipment or towing and recovery.
It was designed for step decks and Landoll roll back trailers, for loading or unloading equipment, or towing and recovery to have a better way to get on and off of any kind of truck or trailer bed. It also can be used on gooseneck trailers, farming, hotshots and other uses. There is a optional drop stirrup step kit for use on the upper deck or a higher trailer bed, to drop the bottom step for ease of use.
What else it can be used for.
This same step can be used as a stand alone step, or hung on different types of track equipment. There is a optional rear stabilizer kit for added stability when using it as a stand alone step.
Attachments.
There are also wheel kits for shop work or for a mobile service truck, it can be rolled around inside or outside. Currently I am working on more options and kits.
